Delivery
Goods supplied
within the UK will normally be delivered within 5 working days of receipt of
order. On occasion we may send items in separate packages at no additional cost.
Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date
cannot be met, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree
a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
We will endeavour
to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be
of the essence we are not liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses
incurred by the customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out
of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of the Goods will
be made to the Customers address as specified, they should make all necessary
arrangements to take delivery and sign for receipt of goods.
Title and risk in
relation to the goods will pass to the customer upon delivery. We cannot be held
responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during
the checkout process.
Cancellation and returns
The Customer should
inspect the goods immediately upon receipt, and should notify us by email or
phone within 24 hours of receipt if the goods are damaged or do not comply with
any element of the contract. Failure to do so may lead to the customer being
deemed to have accepted the goods.
Where a claim of
defect or damage is made, the goods can be returned by the customer and they
will be entitled to an exchange or full refund (including delivery costs) plus
any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.
Please ensure that
you have the correct batteries for your choice and that they have been inserted
as per the manufacturers details or instructions.
Receipt of an incorrect item
Upon receipt of an
incorrect item, email us to advise. Please return the items (following the
instructions below) and we will ensure there is no charge for this.
How to Return your Damaged, Defective or Incorrect
Item
Please follow the
steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently: Fill out the back
of the delivery note, giving the reason for the return (including a full
description of the fault if the item is defective) If you don't have the
original delivery slip, include a note detailing the reason for return. This
note must include your customer number or order number or your name, contact
details and postcode.
Wrap the item
securely in its original packaging (if possible) and send the package to the
address below. It should be adequately insured for the return postage (Recorded
Delivery). Postage costs will be refunded upon receipt. Midnight Oil PO BOX

In the event us
sending you a replacement for any damaged, defective or incorrect item, the
original must be returned within 7 working days and we will arrange any refund
to cover additional costs. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to
the customers fault they will be liable for the cost of remedy.
Cancellation of order
You may for any
reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within
7 working days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory
rights. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it
to us within 7 days of receiving your order unused (in its original condition
and packaging) and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your
money (P&P costs are non refundable) within 30 days of
cancellation.
If the customer
fails to return the goods following cancellation, we will deduct the cost of
recovering the goods from the customer. Due to the intimate nature of some of
our products, and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of
lingerie, creams & lotions, and adult products that are not in heat sealed
packaging. The item’s MUST BE unused and unopened (with any seals and
shrink-wrap intact). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are
faulty.
We are unable to
exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after 7 days. If we
suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met
we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Notice is given that
free offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods take
the order value below the free offer threshold. The value of free offer goods
will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions
please return any free offer goods unused and unopened with your returns if your
order value will drop below the free offer level. All Packages returned to us
unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to shipping charges |
